1. Who processes the data
Controller: Danila Kolesnikov, the Kapitime project. Contact for questions and requests: hello@kapitime.ru. Legal entity details will be listed here before any paid service launches.
2. What data and why
- Name, email address, role (player, host, couple), experience, city and your comment from the sign-up form. Purpose: to invite you to the first games and to prepare the city profile for the game.
- Technical data: a hash of your IP address, browser string, submission time. Purpose: protecting the form from automated submissions and counting requests.
- Web analytics (Yandex Metrica), if the counter is enabled: anonymous visit statistics. As of this version the counter is off.
3. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. Without it the form is not submitted, and the server checks that.
4. Retention
Until the game launches and one year after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
5. Sharing
None. Data is stored on the controller's server in the Russian Federation. Notification emails are delivered within the same server.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Write to hello@kapitime.ru from the address you used in the form. We answer within 10 working days.
7. Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. If Yandex Metrica is enabled, its cookies for anonymous statistics will appear, and this page will say so.
